with a rigorous attitude. In order to improve the production and R&D efficiency of the folding wagon,improve product qu-
ality and sales performance, a training meeting was held under the leadership of the Finance Manager.
The meeting was mainly attended by members of the marketing department, including procurement, production, operations,
and sales. The Finance Manager summarized the problem points in the production and manufacturing and financial proces-
ses, emphasized the importance of material control, and also made requests and suggestions to other department heads.
In the discussion, everyone had in-depth exchanges and discussed aspects such as materials and procurement lists. They
agreed on the next steps in the work plan and action plan. After the meeting, the Finance Manager also conducted training
for new members of the foreign trade team to help them become familiar with the company's processes.
